I'm 43yrs , am I pre menopausal yet.?

I'm getting hotter, more irritable, and I can't wait for these cycles to end. There is something you can take to have fewer periods, but, will it ruin your natural change of life?

There is a birth control available that makes you have about 4 periods a year but i wouldn't recommend it because it just seems too unnatural. I dunno if you're pre-menopausal (you could be) but you should talk to your doctor and maybe he/she could prescribe you something (like hormones or something else) to help you feel more comfortable.
