Happen to anyone else on the Depo shot?

i recently began taking the depo birth control shot again after I had my baby. The first time I was on it I had no problems but this time I seem to be really irritable. I snap at my husband and my kids all the time. Has this happend to anybody else? I tried reading about the shot but I didn't seen anything about irritability. I don't know if it is the shot or the added stress of a 3rd child and no sleep or what. Just need to know if it happends to anybody else. I go next week for another shot and I don't want to keep getting it if that is the reason I am like this. Thanks in advance

ive actually been loosing weight on it. but i also noticed bad cramping but no period i didn't have one the 2 yrs I was on it before but never had the cramps.

Yes it happened to me...to the point that i went to the doc about it. They made me stop taking it, and put me on an anti depressant, which i didn't really need. As soon as I stopped the Depo my mood returned back to normal. I personally would never take it again.
