Help! I just realized I'm a day ahead on my birth control pill!?
It had to have happened within the last 48 hours, because on Thursday I was right on schedule. I think I may have been half asleep and taken one, then been more awake and taken the other one later in the morning without thinking! (although I really can't figure out how this happened).
What should I do tomorrow? Saturday was the last pill before the off week; should I just start the off week a day early? or should I take one pill out of the next pack tomorrow, and let everything start on sunday as usual?
I feel really stupid; I cannot for the life of me figure out how this happened, unless I thought it was Saturday when I woke up today!

You will be fine....I have had this happen. Don't take any more out of the new pack just start taking them again on your usual schedule. There is enough hormone in your system to cover you for one day. Don't stress you wont get pregnant. Most the time it takes any where from 2-4weeks after taking the pill for you to become fertile again anyway. hope this helps.
