How can i convince my nurse i dont need food when i faint?

okay, i have been trying to get down to 100 pounds again and im REALLY serious about it. even if it means skipping meals. sometimes at school, or now camp when i dont eat i faint or get really dizzy. the nurse always makes me eat somthing how can i convince her its from somthing else so she doesnt make me eat?

The reason you are fainting is because your blood sugar is getting too low. Your body needs to have sugar in order to funciton. When the levels get too low your cells kind of freak out and you faint in order to provide that little bit of sugar used to keep you alert for the systems that keep you alive. You are going about losing the weight the wrong way. The nurse is treating the fainting. She is doing the right thing... one piece of advice for keeping from fainting is to eat more protien... instead of having cereal for breakfast have toast and peanut butter. You will keep fainting if you miss meals and the nurse will keep feeding you because thats the cause of the fainting. Try to find different ways to lose the weight instead of skipping meals. When you skip meals your metabolism slows down and makes it HARDER to lose weight! Good Luck!!
