Hi i am 16 almost 17 years old. I've been on tri cyclen lo for about a year now. My periods are usually regular. But since it is summer, i haven't really taken my pill at the EXACT time. i pissed a white pill at the beginning of this month.. and then i took another light blue pill at night. I never miss my pills. I found brown discharge in my underwear today. It looked like a brown milky discharge. My boyfriend and i had sex 2 times this month, both times were protected.. and he also pulled out way before he finished. Im very paranoid. I am supposed to start my period this sunday, and i have 4 active pills let... is something wrong. do i have an infection? i've been having some back pain and headaches for about 3-4 weeks now, but i dont think that is from this. please help me?

Spotting is normal on the pill. If you miss it your body will think it's time and try to bleed a little. You shouldn't bleed a lot if you miss a day, though. It's not the end of the world if you take the pill for period control and you miss one. It's very important to take them everyday if you use them for birth control.
