Belly pains(12wks pregnant)help?
first i was getting weird pains, in my lower abdomen(between my pelvic bone area and my belly button). now i'm getting pains under the bottm of my rib cage on the right side(those are kinda staby). the others, were just dull aches, kinda cramps. also have shooting type pains in my boobs(but i figure there probably just growing again,yikes i'm already huge). i don't know whats wrong but it doesn't feel good. i don't like the pains in my lower belly, they kinda scare me. does any one have any idea what they think it might be? or have you ever had similar pains, and what was it?
(12weeks preg,going to my 1st apt. next week)

no bleeding or spotting what so ever. (could it be from my uturs stretching? maybe)

I think it's better if you go to the clinic and hav a untrasound scanned, just to be safe. Lower abs in may be associated with Placenta previa which is implantation of placenta in the lower segment of the uterus. U need to go to the clinic and Obstetrician will help you. Do u experience bleeding from your vagina?
