Okay first off I have these horrible cramps that feel like contractions. Then I'm nauseous and throwing up everything. I can't keep any water down. All I basically want to do is sleep. And right now I'm propped up on pillows on my laptop cause I can't get out of bed. I've been having my period for about 5 years now, I've been on birth control for 4.
Is this normal for a period? this happens quite often with me, and doctor says it's normal, but no one else that I know goes through this all the time!

Cramps are normal. but the throwing up, i'd be a little concerned. if u cant swallow water, u can g3t dehidrated. i'd call one of ur friends or mom or dad to help take care of this. try drinking gatorade. that might b better.
