I wanna know how long my period will last. Its already been going on for 3 days.

Don't panic...it usually lasts from 3 to 7 days. What is important is the flow. Very heavy bleeding is a bad sign and when I mean heavy I mean you have to change your tampon every hour...believe me I know what I'm saying. So relax and by the way flow and duration change with time....having a child may regulate a irregular cycle for instance. Using oral contraception lessens the flow and discomfort considerably. Prepare yourself because your body changes all the time.
