Urninary Track infection or yeast infection?

Hi I think I may have UTI or Yeast but i'm not sure which I am going to DR tomorrow. my symptoms are

constant urge to urninate even if i dont have to
stomache
when i do have to go i only go a little
leaking a little bit of urnine
did have pains in sides but that went away

what do you think? what are signs of yeast infections?

I thought I had yeast because I am leaking urnine. Is leaking Urnine a sign of yeast or UTI?.

I went to the Doctors and had a test done they said I had no infection. they gave me antibotics, why would they give me anti-botics if i dont have a infection
