How can i put on wieght???

im 14 and want to put on wieght!im too skinny for my age..and it doesn't help that im 5'5 either!i have no boobs or anything...i hate it...is there any type of food to help me gain wieght properly???

i got my period 2years ago bt the doctor thinks i have a hormone imbalance!
