This is weird (about period-girls only)?

Everyone says that i started my period today but ya know, I woke up w/ blood down there at about 9:00am and i haven't had any more blood come out and it's 1:49 in the afternoon...

so do i have it or not?

Well I'd definitely say you have. You will bleed at different times in the day. Sometimes you'll bleed heavily in the morning and hardly anything in the afternoon!
If you've just started your periods, then you may find that they could be very irregular for a while and usually quite light, so I shouldn't worry. Just keep protected when your 'on', the worst thing is getting caught out, absolute nightmare!
Just don't stress about it, at least when you get stress you have an excuse!
