Answers:

Vaginal discharge is an early pregnancy symptom or a pointer towards conception. The amount of vaginal discharge increases in the earliest stage of pregnancy. It increases because the estrogen production increases with the greater blood flow to the vagina.

Cramping is a symptom too. I always had it within a week of conception along with nausea and headaches.

Were you trying to feel if the cervix was hard and closed? It feels like the tip of your nose when it is closed.

I wish you luck! The best way to tell early is to call your OB for a blood test. OR you can wait 3-7 days after your missed period and take a pregnancy test. Dont be alarmed if you have a tiny bit of bleeding around the time of your period. Its called implantation bleeding and generally lasts no more than a few days. Its super super light not needing anything more than a pantyliner.

:-)

EDIT: the tip of your nose. :-)
