what could be causing this- apart from wind obviously it isnt that.. does anyone else ever get this feeling?

Ive heard afew people mention that the colon could also cause this?

I don't get that feeling, but i know someone who had that feeling and she had drunk too much coffe, so do you think it could be caffine, or it could be that your pregnant or you have phantom pregnancy. I am very smart for my age so think about these suggestions.
