Can someone please recommend a morning after pill that can still work if taken about 72hrs after sex.

No...over the counter pill .. there is no such thing .. 72 hours is the limit since the pill will not work after the embryo is in the uterus for that long...
There is however the pill you can take up to two months after conceiving, but that must be done through a hospital/clinic
