What Causes Sore Nipples,If It Isnt From Pregnancy?

My nipples have been sore for 2 days now and i'm not pregnant nor have had a baby,and its not time for my cycle so what can be the cause for this?Thanks for your help.

Maybe the bra that you are using. It could be rubbing the wrong way whenever you move. Try using a softer material bra.
