Question: I excercised in a normal speed now my legs hurt?
is it growning pains or something?

if you forgot to stretch, that could be the reason why.
the thing is u're not used to exercisinqq..i recommend that yuu uhmm..do a few warm ups b4 exercisinq.. when you get used to it ,it will eventually stop :D..and the pain goes away naturally ..usually last up to a week or so.
