I know that men have to...do it in a cup. What do women do?

Blood tests at the start of your cycle and towards the end (day 21) to check on hormones, ie that your body isn't having to work hard to release an egg (ie close to menopause) and have ovulated. Scan of uterus (scanner goes in vagina but not painful). I have not had any more yet. May also check things like iron, thyroid etc. Speak to your GP or nurse.
