Why do I keep gaining water weight?!
Question: Why do I keep gaining water weight?
Answers:
Doctor's arent quite clear why water retention happens before a period, though it's generally thought that it has something to do with hormomes. Lowering your salt intake, and, odd as it may seem, drinking a lot of water, helps reduce water weight. PMS meds such as midol and pamprin can also relieve bloating.
Don't be so obsessive over every pound. Seriously. Eating healthy and exercising for one day (or even just one week) isn't enough. You have to always be active and eat well to maintain a proper weight. Keep in mind if you work out a lot, you might step on the scale and notice that you've gained a bit. It's not because your working out isn't working, it's because working out tend to lead to muscle gain. Muscle weighs more then fat. So again, don't obsess over every pound. If you feel healthy, and your doctor says you are, then you have nothing to worry about.
Do you eat or drink a lot with sodium? (salt) because that will do it. It makes you run on water, then you gain water weight. Just read labels, and stay away from to much sodium
You have ti take balance diet. if you are healthy it will becames normal
