Question: Period? what i stand up it gets heavy!!?
Im on my period and i was asleep i woke and i got up and blood just rushed out it was really heavy. It was light normal everything fine then i stood up and alot came out (alot) Is that normal or do i need to go to the hospital?

It's called gravity.



That happens to me all of the time, it feels disgusting but i think its perfectly normal, well nothings ever happened to me:P don't worry about it. It will just be because you have changed position and gravity all mixed into one. Message me if you have any more problems :)

Happens all the time. It gets kind of built up when you lay down, so it just kind of all comes out once you stand up. That's why after you go to sleep and get up, it's good to go to the bathroom right away so it doesn't leak. If it gets really bad, they make pads specifically for night that absorb better.



It's just the simple fact that as you sleep, you're laying down. So the menstrual blood can't leave your vagina very easily. When you stood up, it was just escaping. Absolutely normal... Nothing wrong, no reason to be alarmed. Happens to everyone! :)
