It'll feel uncomfortable and like a diaper, but you'll get used to it

I'm neutral about it. Depends on how heavy or light the flow is. Sometimes the pad is necessary.

Yes, you will be very aware of it! Leaks are prone to happening. Your period will usually be absorbed by the pad so it won't move around, but you must be careful about leaks.

No, you have to be careful how you sit. After sitting for a long time and standing up, you might experience a sudden heavy flow that causes major leakage (gross I know).

Honestly, you should really use tampons along with pads!

Well at first it does feel a little weird, but you get use to them, depending on the thickness they can feel a bit bulky, but these days you can get good, absorbent pads that aren't as thick. I don't really like wearing them that much, when i first started I got use to them but then I tried out tampons and use them more now, with the odd occasion of wearing a pad.
You can feel it, but really they're not that distracting, at least I don't think so and they can be messy if your period is heavy. They shouldn't move very much, especially ones with wings, when I use them I tend to think about how I sit because I don't want to cause a leak.

If you get a good brand of pad, they are usually very comfortable. You need to change them often as your period gets heavier, and on lighter days you can wear lighter pads. Yes, you can feel it, but only as a thicker lining to your panties. When the flow starts make sure you change it enough so it doesn't feel messy. It shouldn't move around at all, the adhesive underneath should work well, press it down firmly when attaching to panties. You can sit any way within reason!

Loads of experience!

They make pads pretty thin & comfortable these days. I never like wearing them, but sometimes you can't even notice they are there since they are so thin. They absorb fast and don't move around because there is sticky on the other side that sticks to your panties. You can move around and be normal with them. There are tampons available, but to me I am not comfortable wearing them all day so pads work out fine for me.

I'm not going to lie to you, it feels MAJORLY uncomfortable. Your going to think that everyone can see the bad sticking out of your pants, but no matter what nobody can see your pad. I promise!

Do you like wearing them ever?
Nope, I hate them. I absolutley dread "that time of month". But that could be because I got my period a year ago this September so my cycle isn't regular yet, and I've yet to get used to wearing pads.

Can you feel it at all? Is it messy? Does it move around at all?
Yes, you can feel it very easily, but no one else knows your wearing it. It can be messy if you don't change it. You should change it every 2-3 hours, but if your at school at least change it once during school (thats what I do.) It doesn't usually move around, and although it may feel like its moving around its really not. Your pad shouldn't move around--as long as you have it attached to your underwear like it should be, you'll be fine.

Can you sit any way?
Be wary with the way you sit when you have your period. Don't sit cross-legged, or in any position where your crotch will be open to everyone. (If you know what I mean.)

Hope I helped, good luck when you get your period! =)

They're not too uncomfortable, but you can definitely feel them.

The only time I wear pads is when my period is light, like the last day of it.

It's messy when you have a heavy flow and you sit for a long time, like at school.

I recommend long pads with wings. "Stayfree" is the only brand of pad I use. "Always" pads are not long enough, so they leak.

At first, wearing pads can seem a little weird. They're not uncomfortable at all, but you can tell that you are wearing something extra down there. I wear them a lot when I'm on my period. Mostly at night because it's more sanitary to wear pads then tampons. The bad won't move around, but sometimes it bunches up. I go for pads with wings, so it stays in place much better. You can sit any way you want! Hope this helped!
