A good way to get rid of thrush is by using a combination of a specific tablet and cream for it (you insert the cream up into your vagina). Just go into your chemist and ask one of the assistants in there, and they'll be able to help you sort it all out so you will feel better down there again :)

And eat more acidophillus yoghurt. The natural bacteria in it helps to sort out the ph balance in the vagina. You can also topically apply it - and it is sooooo soothing.

Make sure you wear cotton underwear, try to avoid tight jeans etc. Allow your nether regions to 'breathe'. Antibiotics quite frequently will cause thrush. And men can carry thrush. Avoid unprotected sex to prevent being reinfected by your partner.

as people have said, canesten is the way to go. you can buy canesten products in any decent pharmacy, boots, lloyds, etc, and the majority of supermarkets. just make sure you get canesten for thrush and not for athlete's foot! i know supermarkets don't sell canesten to under 16s so if you're younger than that then i'd suggest going to a pharmacy instead.

they make a cream which is very good for soothing the pain and itch of thrush, you apply the cream all around the vulva a couple of times a day. to actually get rid of the infection, you can either take an oral tablet, exactly the same as you would take a painkiller, or a pessary, which is a tablet that you insert into the vagina. canesten duo contains the cream and the pill, canesten combi contains the cream and the pessary. from what i've heard, the pessary works a lot faster but the pill is easier to take, so its just up to you which you prefer.

See your doctor I've had this plenty of times.Drink probiotic drinks, caestene or that vagecle stuff works. Don't wear underwear at night, wash such as bath or shower daily don't use products down their except stuff that is specially hp low wear cotton underwear only and dry properly. Also when wiping self after toilet wipe from front to back.
