I don't think you catch any diseases from pee.
No you should not be worried about it. Catching things off toilet seats is mostly a myth. If you obsess about other things like this then you may have the beginning of ocd. Next time you go to a public toilet make sure there is nothing in the bowl or on the seat before you go. There are things you can buy from the chemist that fit in your purse that will unfold and cover the seat that make it safe for you to sit down. I know it is embarrassing but go to a chemist and ask for disposable toilet covers. Ask a female assistant.

yes that's OCD if you put a toilet seat cover down first your okay. i HIGHLY doubt it was some elses pee since you clearly stated that you peed on the toilet. don't stress.
