I would say a normal comfortable weight for you (I'm assuming you are a girl) at 5' 7" is around 135 lbs. Now I can say I'm 5' 5" and I weigh about 145. I do not feel "over weight" but I do feel like I could stand to lose some weight (then again, I'm not a teenager anymore either - closer to 35!)
I am I firm believer that everyone's weight depends more on how THEY feel about themselves. Do you feel too heavy? if so, t hen maybe you need to lose some weight. Do you feel to skinny? Then maybe you need to gain a little. But ultimately, you need to be comfortable in your own skin!

Officially, a healthy weight is a BMI between 21 and 25. That's a ratio of your height and your weight, which you can figure out with a BMI calculator. However, that's a very arbitrary guideline. Statistically, the healthiest people have BMI's between 25 and 30, which is officially overweight. And some people who are overweight or underweight according to the charts are actually a healthy weight for them. It depends largely on your build, metabolism, and other individual characteristics.
If you're reasonably active and eat a reasonably healthy diet, whatever you weigh is right for you, barring a serious metabolic disorder.
I'm 5'7 and I'm 120lbs.. I always thought I was pretty average.
