Question: What is going on down there?
So I've lost quite a bit of weight in the last four months after having my baby (c section). I don't know if that is related, but for some reason in the past week I've been having a very clear watery discharge leaking that smells exactly like tuna. It's also my first period since before I was pregnant and since I wear tampons I know it's coming from my urethra and not the canal itself. What is going on with me? I tested negative for a uti too so I'm out of ideas.

I know you said that it's coming from your urethra, not your vagina, but that fishy smell is the characteristic sign of bacterial vaginosis. That along with the clear, watery (and maybe excessive?) discharge makes me think that's what it is. It is the most common infection in the vagina. It often resolves on it's own, but when I had it after my pregnancy I went to the doc and there is a med that will clear it up right away. No fun, I hope you feel better, and congrats!
