Question: First period pads..which ones do u recommend? (just incase i start)?
-bloated
-cramps
-mood swings
-tender breats
so this all happened 3 weeks ago so im sure it will start soon but i really need people to recommend some first time period pads for me..thanks :)

always utra thin... they are in a green package but the actual wrapping of the individual pads is yellow i use the ones with wings they are better protecting... but they are really thin and comfortable and also REALLY absorbent
Always and Kotex are usually regarded as the best brands for pads.
Personally, I prefer pads with wings, though when you first start you might not put them on properly and they can stick to your sides. It's best to get Normal pads at first, on always it should have 2 or 3 of the little teardrop shapes on the packet filled in. That way, if you get it very heavy or very light, you're still in the middle.

Try a light pad or ask your Pharmacist to assist in your selection. Hopefully it will not be heavy when it happens. Good luck
