Period question (girls only plz) !!?!

A lot of girls generally have little things that happen so they know when their period is coming.

If it's a really bad pain, I'd suggest talking to a doctor. If it's no big deal, then you're fine.

These are most common features among all girls. They do feel the same when they are about to get their periods. Don't be worried about it. It is quite common among girls and it is mostly coz you stress yourself about periods. Dont think much about periods and accept it as a natural process and see you will be fine.

I would suggest you to drink lots of water and take meals which are rich in protein and iron.

yeah it happens to me too. Girls get there own warning signs of their period coming. I get bad cramps and it feels like a stomach ache. i go to the bathroom and BOOM. congrast you got your period.

Right before my period is about to hit, I get really bad lower back pain and almost feel a little constipated. When I get that feeling, I know Aunt Flow is coming to town. lol

My legs go numb! I can barely feel my feet, let alone my thighs! And there is another feeling, a kind of empty one that tells me mine is coming. Man, I am so glad God gave us warnings or... things could get messy...-_-

i get lower back pain on the day its coming, sometimes a couple of days before it come i get faint stomach pains, so yes yours is normal everyone gets something

ya everyone does. its different for everyone too. i mean women. lol

I get cramps one day before and not often during so i know when its going to happen... lol
