Can the doctors give u anything for pms? Please help?!

Question: Can the doctors give u anything for pms? Please help?
I feel like im going nuts. Im crying all the time. I normally get like this when im on the pill. When im off it im just a slight ***** at the end of the month. But this month I feel depressed, nuts and stressed. I thought it would ease once I come on my period but im worse.

You could try evening primrose oil capsules and vitamin and mineral health supplements in addition to a sensible diet.

Your doctor might try to put you on birth control, which can help, but it can also cause all kinds of other issues later on down the road, because the birth control pill is basically artificial hormones.

Much better to give your body the raw materials to manufacture whatever you need to redress the hormonal imbalance you currently suffer from, hence my suggestion above.

You don't say how old you are...

However my advice would be to contact your Doctor in view of being put on 'the pill'. The changes in hormones usually help with PMS. If you don't like the thought of taking a pill everyday there is also a thing called 'the coil'

Look both these up, they are both a great help.

Good luck
