on my arm like where your elbow is but on the other side, idk it looks like a bunch of pimples. but it hasnt gone away. what is it. if u have any ques then ill add addition comments.

sounds like eczema it's a skin condition that you really cant do anything about ex foliate in the shower and lotion as much as possible.
Could be exima(sp?) or dry skin. Try moisturizing or go to the doctor and ask about exima.
