Not possible. I don't buy your story one bit. Anyone who has been trained in cpr knows that you cannot be sued, and it hold up in court, if you administer help to someone.
You need to be specific with some details. Every country and state for this matter has different laws when it comes to administering first aid for an unconscious person. In Canada, everybody is protected by something called "the good Samaritan act" which states that as long as your rescuing somebody to the best of your skills and with the best intentions you are protected from legal action. However, no such law exists in the U.S.
I am a Canadian with an OFA level 3, an OFA instructor, a First Aid instructor for the Lifesaving Society and the Red Cross, I teach lifeguards and swimming instructors and I would be hesitant to get involved in doing CPR in the United States.

Get an attorney. You are pretty safe under most state's good Samaritan laws. Most courts won't even hear a good Samaritan case any more.

You're protected as a Good Samaritan. Fractured ribs are a normal outcome of CPR.
