Cranberry is more of a preventative than a cure, but some women do feel that it relieves the symptoms associated with UTIs.
Having said that, there's no reason why you shouldn't take them now! There's nothing wrong with taking them 2 hours apart, that would actually be the sensible thing to do! Think about it, if it's bedtime soon, you won't be taking them for around 8+ hours, so that leaves you with about 16 hours left of the day, by which time, you will be ready for bed, and it all starts over again! Something like that lol I'm no good at math, but do you get the gist?
It is important, however, that you do see your doctor to make sure that it is actually a UTI, and nothing else, so don't put it off, even if the cranberry capsules seem to make you feel better!
Best of luck!
I'm a 21 year old female who has had a UTI before. Painful and annoying to say the least :- )
Drink some cranberry juice. Go to the doctor tomorrow. Treatment for UTI is fairly simple and effective.
