I personally hate periods too but the older I get, the more I accept the fact that women need to have them in order to remain healthy!. I mean, if we didn't have them, we wouldn't be able to have children or anything like that!. It is all a cycle of life!. Just look forward to menopause :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
