I'm a 7th grade cheerleader and I had to get one too!.
In mine he didn't do anything, just my reflexes, asks about any medications I'm on, blah blah blah!. I didn't have to pee in a cup or anything like that, thankfully!. :) haha have fun in cheerleadingWww@Answer-Health@Com

There's not really anything to expect when getting a physical!. The nurse or whoever the people are will tell you things to do, so you will most likely do them!.
It is harmless!. The doctor checks to make sure your body is "surfacely" acting as it should!. He/she will ask questions and make sure you aren't sick with anything that will permanently hinder your ability to participate in the sport or activity!. Honestly, it is really easy, painless, and quick!.
You will be asked your medical history including surgeries, allergies, family history, childhood illnesses and so forth!. Hopefully after that you will have a comprehensive examination
of your head, eyes, ears, nose and throat, neck, lungs, heart, abdominal area, circulation in arms and legs, a neurological examination and an electrocardiogram will be done to check your heart if you are above 40 or with risk factors for heart disease, probably a blood sample will be taken!. If you are a man above 40 you will have a rectal exam to check your prostate and blood in your stools!. If you are a woman, a pelvic, breast exam and rectal will be performed!. If your sexually active, your going to be tested for all stds!. In which they will take blood and a urine sample!. And you pressure and breather, height, weight, and thats about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
