For pads you could use tea towels, bath towels, your parents/siblings clothes, and for tampons you could shove a spoon up there, that's what I do when I run out of tampons!.

What are you on ! Your own mum has had this same issue herself, every female has or will have this issue some day, it isnt as if its a way out concept!. the only way you wont have pms is if you happen to have been sterralized or hysterectomy - or be a male!! then thats a totally diffrent ball game!.
