What's the best way to fight stress (and therefore, acne)?!


Question: What's the best way to fight stress (and therefore, acne)!?
I only break out (not excessively) when I'm under large amounts of stress or during pms!. It's pretty lame!. How do you personally ward off stress!? Please don't just give a vague "just love life!" recommendation- I do enjoy some aspects of life, I simply get very stressed out from school and home problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's the start of an article i found about beating stress by using meditation, how well meditation works against acne itself im not sure but if your finding that your stress is causing your acne then i would certainly recommend trying meditation!. The site i found that article on is actually offering a free meditation course to download so it wouldn't even cost you anything to try it out and see if it helps!. Bit of a no brainer i think :)
