im 16 now and im 5!.2!. i need to increase my height but without any hormones therapy and all those other products who creates side effects!.plz help me!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u r 16 years old na u can increase ur height by some exercise ,just chin ups ,do it regularly ,do less but regular it will be helpful
