Question: Why do I STILL have this cramping feeling!?!!?
My boyfriend and I hade "alone time" earlier this afternoon and I have been so crampy and spotting ever since!. We did it around 2:30ish and it's 6 o'clock now!. I haven't been feeling too hot anyways so I decided to take a nap and figured I just needed to let my body relax!. Well, I woke up and guess what, still cramping!.This has never happened to us before is this normal!? Just wondering!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I cramp really bad for up to 3 days after having climaxing! I asked my doctor and was told this is completely normal!. it's a combination of hormones and muscles!. SHe told me if it was ever on a pain level of 5+ or lasted longer than usual i should come in!. Other than that it's normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
