I was 12, and I remember I was surprised at how calm I was! I was just like, 'oh, ok!'!. I'd been having pains for several months & my Grandma had told me it was probably my periods starting, so if anything it was a relief that it finally happened!. I told my mum and she asked if I had something I could use and I said yes, then after school we went shopping and bought these really thick towels that felt like nappies! (This was in the days before 'wings')!.

Yeah Im 14 I Was 13 At The Time i Had It In The February !. And i Didn't Tell My Mom i Thought it Was To In brassing !. But My Sister Leanne Started Hers And She Told Mom And Then My Mom Was Explaining Everything !. And So I Told my Mom I Was On Mine !.

I was 9 during the summer and was scared and had no idea what was wrong with me!. I cried in the bathroom then when I heard my mother walked by I called her when she came in she was laughing and hugging and kissing me and I kept crying and asking her what's wrong with me mama!?
Then she explained it to me XD she didn't expect I'd get it at that age!.

I started in the summer hols, just before year 7, and i was 11!.
It was ok the first period cause my mom had explained everything to me!.
But because i totally forgot i had started my period the next month or so i was really shocked because i wasn't expecting it!.
Lol!.
But now it's regular and it's annoying but i guess it's just part of being a girl!.

i was soo excited about my bday !. because it had been planned 4 ages !!! and was gonna b really fun !
i went to the toilet and i noticed there was blood =[ !. but i knew already what it was and y it happened so i wasnt upset !. shocked !. scared or anything i handled it well for a kid !. i told my mum and she knew i was ok about it so she didnt hav 2 explain or anything !! XD
and i was upset because i thought i was gona still have my period 4 my 13th bday party and it would have been spiled =[ !! but luckly i only had it 4 lyk 3 days !. most people have theirs for 5 - 6 days sumtyms less sumtyms more ! i am lucky and thankful that mine come on the right date / day !. and only last 2 or 3 days =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes i thick i was 13 or 14 i stared a few days before i actually realized it happened i didn't know my mom took me to the store she asked me what type of pads i need i was very mad i didn't thick had it so i grabbed any package and when we got home i shoved it in my dore i didn't want to see them i had been only brown so i didn't thick it was that so i refused to wear a pad then later my mom told me to put one on so i did i was upset then later in the school Bathroom it really starred so i kind off was relived i had cramps and didn't know what they were ar all then i asked a para i was close to for more pads we went to the nurse then i told her my stomach was hurting she said it was cramps Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was 12 also!. I was away at the beach during spring break with some girlfriends and two of their mother's as chaperon!. I was embarrassed to go to the drugstore by myself for the fem products, so we all went in a herd!, which turned out worse! A bunch of giggling girls never attracts attention, lol!. My friend and I (I am not her friend anymore because she turned into a wannabe in 7th grade) were in the bathroom washing our faces off after we did face masks (Ive known her since kidergarten) and I sat down on the toilet to go to pee and I looked down and saw blood everywhere! lol yup lmao!.!.!. i was 10 and i was sleeping on the floor with my blanky lol!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i had toss and turn all night with bad cramps i thought i had to take a poo but i went and seen it i told my mom and i didnt have nothing to use then i remember whent hey use to send pads int he mail and i saved it up in my moms car lol

I remember having a bad belly for about a week and then one day after school (primary school coz I was only 9/10 years old!!)
