Period during volleyball game?!
Question: Period during volleyball game!?
Next year, when I go into high school, I'm gonna try-out for the volleyball team!. The high school volleyball team wears only spandex with no shorts over top!. When I have my period, I don't use tampons, I use pads!. When I wear spandex, you can definetly tell that I'm wearing a pad and have my period!. What should I do when I have a game and have my period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was so afraid of tampons--just the thought of putting what is basically a stick inside of me freaked me out when I started getting my period!.
But after I bled on the court during a basketball game, embarrassment took over!. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
Tampons, once you get the hang of using them, really aren't that bad!. The first time, it will be very awkward putting it in, but once you get used to it, you'll be able to put a tampon in with one hand!. Trust me, just experiment!. It will take a lot of tries, but once you get comfortable with the idea, it's a no-brainer!.

Just wear the tampons!. I didn't think I'd like them but they are actually comfortable and the make you feel clean!. They can not get stuck in you if thats a concern just look that info up!. You move better with them too!. Pads get embarrassing when you get older!. Like when your not wearing spandex but blue jeans and your boyfriend goes to touch your butt and he touches too low !.!.!.yeah!. It took me years to switch but i am so glad i did!. You should try using tampons, they aren't as scary as some people make them out to be!. Try having a chat with your mum and ask if she has ever used them and for her to give you some tips on inserting them!. You could always just buy youself a box and have an experiment with them when you are on your period!.

You should definately try to wear a tampon!. Trust me, I play softball, and I tested wearing tampons before softball season, and it is such a relief!. Try Tampax Pearl!. Plastic applicators are a lot easier to use!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am a guy!.!.But I also feel very deeply for a woman in this position!.!.You should try tampons,wont bleed thru if you find the correct one for your application!.!.And they cant be seen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
