You don't know!. Once you have had it, you may be able to tell the signs, but if it is your first time, you can't tell!. You could be cramping for any reason at all!. Bad gas, constipation, diarrheah, intestinal cramping from food, eating too many veggies if you aren't used to it!.

Cramping, bloating, farting, spots, sore boobs, weird smell 'down there'!. You might not get all of them, but the cramping sounds right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
