A man would usually ejaculate one tablespoon of sperm, which is around 10% sperm and 90% seminal fluid (made up of simple sugars, protein and small amounts of vitamins, minerals and hormones)!.
There is only a very small amount of protein in seminal fluid (estimated to be about 6mg - which is very very little - a three ounce pork chop contains around 24g)!.
You will not find more than 5-10 calories in one tablespoon of semen and swallowing will not make you put on weight!.
However when considering whether to spit or swallow, you really need to consider the risk of catching a STI or STD when having unprotected oral sex!.
No studies have suggested that swallowing healthy, disease-free semen has any bad health effects!.

I don't think it could be bad for you, its a natural item!. I know several women that would swallow gallons, if I had it to give!. If it was hazardous to ones health they would be dead by now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
harmless, a little salty, it does have protein but not enough to be considered a dietary supplement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
