sore breasts, discharge, side pains, stomach pains, uterus pain, IBS, extreme sensitivity (emotional) which causes me to get more irritable and upset, increased hunger, bloating, back pain, sore legs, the need to always go to the toilet, and finally severe abdominal pain!.
i usually count forward 21-28 days to know the date, but being on the pill I always get it at the exact same time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Strange dreams! I normally never remember my dreams, but the week before my period I do!. I think it's linked to hormones!.

I get a bit of bloating but that's all!. Most of my friends don't even get that!. A lot of women don't have any indication that their period is coming, except for the fact that they know what date it is due!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, most of us get one every month, so that's a clue!
