Question: With multivitamins, are the soft gels better for you!?
I hear they take less time to dissolve then the hard tablets, is that true and do you recommend any that are soft and for men and women!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

they are both just the same, it all depends on what you personally prefer!. the time doesn't really matter because the vitamin dose is for 24 hours, so whichever you use, you will still have the full daily dose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
