Question: How do I gain weight if Im a cheerleader!? -16y/o!?
Im a cheerleader so im basically burning the weight right back off, and i cant just quit my team so what do i do!? I weigh 100pds and Im 5'3 Im trying to get to 115Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would suggest eating foods high in carbohydrates and fat!. The key is though to eat good foods and good fats!. avoid trans fats, partially hydogenated oils, etc!. try things with peanut butter, fish, avocados!.!.!.!. etc!. there are also meal bars and things like that that will help you to lose weight!. it is failry easy to gain wait, but make sure you do it the healthy way!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat a very high carbohydrate diet!. Your body is burning the carbs faster than you can eat them!. Eat about six meals a day and include a lot of carbs!.

Carbs include potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, not really sugar or sweets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start eating alot between breaks go get a snack and a soda and at home when get home from school eat and find some fatning chips you like and maybe some ice cream and try some other stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com
