You can exercise, there are no health risks!. However, you may not be feeling to happy or in good spirits!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Technically, you can!. If you wear tampons, or even pads to some extent, there is nothing stopping you from doing so!.!.!.unless you have terrible cramps and feel bloated and horrible and want to sit on a big comfy sofa and eat chocolate all day long!. You'll get people telling you that it's good for you to exercise on the first day of your period, because it helps cramps, but I believe they're they ones who are lucky enough not to be yelling for paracetomal and a hot water bottle after five minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are no rules as to what you can and cannot do on your period!. Just someone try and stop me from doind the things I like just because I'm on my period!. If you wear a tampon you can do everything you want!. You will not get ill or bleed more if you exercise, that's just bullsh*it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I find if I exercise on the first day, it just makes my cramps more intense!. Which in a way is good because the more your uterine wall cramps, the more the lining breaks down!. But at the same time, you may be in more pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's a personal preference!.
I do not like to because the first day is when I am most uncomfortable!.
It's not a bad thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It actually helps cramps! But if you sit or lay down it makes the flow not so heavy, but when you stand up in just all drains out!
I know you didn't ask but I thought I'd throw that in!.
