Question: Can I get diarrhea from not eating that much in the past few days!?
Hi, I haven't had much of an appetite since Thursday so I have only eaten a few things since then!. And the past two days I have been getting diarrhea and it is much worse today!. I don't know what is wrong, do you think that me not eating that much lately, that when I do eat it causes that!. I haven't ate since last night(5 bites of a sandwich), but I am still getting diarrhea today!.!.!. Any help or opinions would be great! Thanks so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Absolutely!. When you don't put solids in your stomach your body doesn't have much but fluids to pass!. When your stomach is feeling better and you are able to eat full meals you should notice your bowel movements will change back to the right consistency!. Try yogurt it has cultures in it that are good for digestion and can help your bowel movements!. You need to stay hydrated so drink non decaffeinated fluids!. If it doesn't get better in a couple days see your doctor!. There are medications that can help with nausea and increase your appetite!. Hang in there and get well soon :>)Www@Answer-Health@Com
