i have gained a lot of weight since the day schools closed for summer holidays!. And where i live, everyone criticizes everyone!.
I know that they will tell me : 'oh you've gained a lot of weight' or 'oh your fatter' and 'wow how did you end up like this!?'
I used to be kind of skinny and a lil popular!.
aw i started eating healthy and all since yesterday, but i dont want to rush things cz i know it takes time to lose weight!. But how can i face all those shattering comments!? for some reason, they have a great impact on me!.!.=/ (happened again some years ago and i got really depressed)Www@Answer-Health@Com

the world is going to tell you who you are untill you tell the world!. so tell all of them i dont care it can happen to you and its all part of being a human if you want to judge it fine!. or just get nice friends if you judge people they are going to judge you too so think about that!. and who cares what they say really honestly whats it doing to you, exactly what they want it to do, affect!. so dont let it!. as long as your not hearing it i dont see why its abother Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont get depresed thats just not good for you, if they fase you so much just think of other things and smile at them and dont worry, if you dont react they wont keep doing it!. if you have a look at this website below you will see that no matter how differant you are thats you and if thats what you want to look like who cares, its up to you!. now if you have a look at the link, yes they are semi nude and you will see how happy there are to be in the body that they have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try going to the gym with your mom or dad, and use the exercise equipment!.
