Well don't go on a stupid crash diet no matter what anyone tells you!! Also by stopping eating it increases you re weight!. It is better not to eat after 7 have a big dinner to keep you going, if you feel hungry have a bit to eat and don't starve your self or you could end up in hospital, also if you normally eat breakfast then you are less likely to be overweight!. Be careful and also you might want to check out a couple of websites or ask your mum because mums know best and if you are in your teens then make sure your mum agrees!. If you want to eat your dinner after 7 or your mum doesn't agree then start to work out !. Start off with just 10-15 minutes then increase it could be anything like walking twice or 3 times a day, jogging , skipping or even going on a trampoline then slowly increase your time for exercising and you will be down a couple of stones in a week or two this is the best way to loose wieght !!!
