Question: Ladies, what do you do for yourself when you feel a little down!?
I have had a rough week, dead car battery, flat tire, pregnancy scare, rought days at work, you name it! My Boyfriend is great, but he gets home from work 4 hours after I do, and in the meantime I would like to do something to cheer myself up!. Free stuff only please!
As much as I'd love to get a pedicure or massage, the car battery, tire and countless pregnancy tests (yeah I'm paraniod--haha) have taken all of my money!!! I have been watching Lifetime Movies but those are kinda depressing in themselves!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a "quickmix" of your favorite musicians at Pandora!.com, close the door/curtains/blinds/whatever, and have a dance party!. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it works!. Yesterday I felt crappy for no reason!.!.!.I took out a tiara from high school, put it on and danced in my undies like Cameron Diaz!. I felt so much better afterwards!.

You can do your own pedi at home and put on a funky cute nail polish!. You can take a bubble bath or sit in a warm bath with bath salts, scented candles and light music to help melt your stress away!. It'll make you feel relaxed, refreshed and you'll want to treat yourself more often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Otherwise, I like to sit in bed, or cuddle with a blanket and my favorite drink on the couch and watch my favorite movies!. [[Funny ones, to make me smile!.]]
