Well, since you're still under 100 lbs, then you're period might come a little later than "normal" and by "normal" I mean, while you're 13!. Truly "normal" however, is anytime between age 9 and age 16, so don't worry!. Trust me, you don't want it sooner than you have to because it's a real paid in more ways than one!.
There's really no way to tell for sure when you'll get it and relying on when your mom got it, isn't the best way either unless she has the same body type as you and was about the same height and weight as you when she was your age!.
