How do I find a PCOS doctor to talk weight loss?!
Question: How do I find a PCOS doctor to talk weight loss!?
I was told I may have PCOS by my doctor!. ( I have very irregular periods, weird facial hair, depression and very thin hair on top of being very overweight) I want to talk to a doctor about this, but it seems that no one listens to me!. I've been trying to lose weight for quite some time, but everytime I exercise I get extremely dizzy and get an extreme headache!. I eat well, but I still can't lose weight!. Instead I have times where I gain several LBS in a week!.
Everytime I try to tell my doctor about this, they avoid the answer or just tell me to "exercise and eat better!." ---I never get any answers!.
How do I find a doctor that will listen to me!?
It's kinda expensive to constantly get tests done, and end with no answers about the dizziness, or extreme weight gain in short periods, ETC!.!.!.
Please help! (I'm in the Chicago area)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry, I completely understand what you're going through!. Unfortunately, not many doctors are helpful with this condition!. My advoce would be to go on www!.soulcysters!.net and the forum has various advice, including a list of doctors and treatments!. It's worth it for the support and advice available from women in the same situation!.
Good luck!.
Things I have researched are:
Low GI diet for weightloss and symptoms to improve!. Low carb diets help too!.
BCPs with low androgenic activity such as Desogen, Yaz!.!.!.
Exercise to kickstart your metabolism so the weight loss can begin (slowly but surely!.!.)
Being aware of sugar intake!. Lower sugar options are better as they don't contribute to the excess spots and hair!.
Good luck, please check that site out!. xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
